sensemaking is based on an ethics of practice and practice of ethics in how it collaborates with and supports others. its aim is to support others to have more open honest conversations for designing and creating their work or workplaces. sensemaking operates with consideration to the conditions and context people are in, how they sustain themselves and where they are located. sensemaking works responsively, meeting people where they are.
